Care Instruction:
1. Use mild or liquid detergents to hand wash or machine wash separately.
2. Avoid using hot water as this could result in colour fading.
3. Dry in the shade.

No Returns-Exchange:
As the Fabric will be cut according to your requirement, there is no return on this product.

Disclaimer:
There may be slight variations in size, shape, and colour as a result of hand block printing. These flaws are a result of the human touch throughout the production process. Due to your screen's resolution and settings, actual colours may differ somewhat.

If in case you want to refund our product, here is our policy on returns:

1. Eligible products (If found Damaged) can only be returned within one week after the delivery date.

2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order.

3. Any customized order cannot be exchanged or returned

4. Our team must receive and approve your request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up at an agreed-upon time.

5. Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund only after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks (products should not be washed or used)

7. All returns are subject to the discretion of Simplyme by Akansha. But we're a friendly bunch.

Shipping Timing

We dispatch orders within 4-5 working days.

Domestic delivery time is 5-6 working days.

International delivery time is 8-10 days.

Usually, your order will be shipped within 4-5 working days after placing your order (delays are possible during high volume days such as public holidays and new launch days). Our domestic (PAN India) delivery timeline is 6-7 working days. Deliveries depend upon your shipping location.

Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation email. After your package has left our warehouse and begun the delivery process, we will send you another email with a final confirmation and tracking number. After you have received your tracking number, you can follow the stages of delivery on the shipping company’s website for an estimate of when your product will arrive.
